A group of students from the Physical Therapy program at Queen’s University are working with Vince DePaul PT PhD to conduct a survey regarding the experiences of therapists (OT, PT, SLP) and therapy staff with collecting and reporting inpatient stroke rehabilitation intensity (RI) data. Your participation in this short survey will help inform best practices recommendations regarding RI data collection quality, and identify therapists’ needs related to RI data collection. We are seeking the input of Ontario-based therapists and therapy assistants with recent experience working in inpatient stroke rehabilitation care, and reporting RI data to the National Rehabilitation Reporting System (NRS).
Participants will be given the opportunity to have their name entered in a draw for one of three $40 gift cards.
