The Heart & Stroke transformation starts with a new visual identity, but it will go much deeper than a new look and with multiple components:

- Innovating fundraising, starting with a “pay for success” hypertension screening program – something never before seen in Canada.
- Advocating for bold children’s health policies, committing to eliminate the gender bias in heart and brain health and working to close the gap in Indigenous health.
